Meet our leadership team

Ben is originally from Bremen, IN, and has a diverse background prior to getting into insurance. 

He and his wife, Amy, served as missionaries in the Democratic Republic of Congo with Mission Aviation Fellowship after starting out as an Aircraft Mechanic (A&P/IA) in Elkhart, IN. After returning to the US, he earned his M.Div. at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and then his PhD in Biblical Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary. 

After serving as a part-time pastor and professor, Ben took a job with Humana after COVID broke out. 

He was the #2 sales agent in the state of IN for two years in a row and then joined Amy as a co-owner of Guidepost Insurance in 2023 after being laid off from Humana.

Ben is a Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, an active member of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kosciusko County Senior Activity Center, and the Living Well in Wabash Senior Center.

A seasoned sales executive with 19 years of insurance leadership experience, Joe specializes in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, fostering key partnerships, and driving business growth. His expertise in team leadership, market analysis, and KPI tracking has consistently led to superior performance and increased revenue across competitive healthcare markets.

Most recently serving as Director of Sales for Indiana and Kentucky at Anthem, he played a critical role in scaling the company’s footprint within these regions. Prior to that, as Broker Relationship Manager at Humana, he successfully established and nurtured strategic partnerships, developed marketing plans, and trained sales teams to optimize performance and brand awareness.

Throughout his career, he demonstrated a talent for mentoring and team development, recruiting and coaching agents, refining sales enablement strategies, and ensuring compliance in regulated industries. His leadership has driven teams to top regional rankings and achieved sustained growth across multiple channels.

Joe, originally from Bremen, IN, now calls Noblesville, IN home, where he lives with his wife, Lisa, their two sons, Brennen and Brody, and their beloved dog, Kobe.
